There's something about a great design that just makes you want to keep looking at it, soaking up all of the details and nuances. As a kid, I would pour over magazines and marvel at the stunning visuals and colors. I always especially loved how Rolling Stone could cover their title logo on the magazine and you would still easily recognize it. 

I started designing as a kid in Microsoft Paint; spending hours creating fantastic worlds and maps. When I discovered professional software, my mind was blown. It was like a sandbox for my imagination. It still is to this day.

My first real job in the world of design was at FastSigns, starting while I was still in college. I finished college as Salutatorian of my class, and continued with FastSigns for 7 years. I worked for one of the Top 5 franchises in the world. It was super fast-paced, and I learned to work through dozens of  design projects a day. I was eventually promoted to manager of design and production. During my time there, I worked with some really fun and high profile clients including the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, Dallas FC, Six Flags Over Texas and many more.

I moved on to Goodwill Industries, where I assumed the role Graphic Designer. I took care of designs for all of their Retail Stores, Fleet and Outside Marketing Campaigns. I was promoted to the role of Vice President - Graphics, where I oversaw the creation of a curriculum that would teach Graphics and Sign-making to individual's in Goodwill's training programs.

After 4 years with Goodwill, I decided to start my own company. I used my background in Sign-making, and branding to create Rival Sign Company.  For seven years, I operated a multi-location company that won many awards including Several Small Business of the year awards. I was also nominated for Business Person of the Year.  I sold Rival Sign company in 2021, and it still operates to this day.

For a little while, my family and I poured our resources into our family farm, and just chilled out. I was bored though, and my creative spirit was dying to get out. I joined a great company called E360 Sport as Creative Director.  This dream position has afforded me the opportunity to work with so many major sports franchises, leagues and stadiums. I lead a team of designers to create the look and feel of stadiums, including branding the lower bowl walls, LED graphics, locker room branding, Fan Activation creative and much more. After a while, my background in managing an entire business came into play and I was given a promotion. It added a few words to my title - Director of Creative, Design and General Operations. In this role, I not only oversee creative, but have also implemented software and practices for our project managers, sales team and fulfillment team.
